How to Add and Use Shipday in My Ecommerce

This guide will show you how to integrate and use Shipday in your e-commerce platform without needing any plugins.

Setup Shipday For Shop

1. Add a Shipping Method

If you don't have a shipping method yet, you can add one in your dashboard:

• Navigate to Logistic > Shipping tab.
• Add a new shipping method with a custom title and icon.
• Set independent pricing for each shipping method.
• Assign couriers and services to each method.

For example, let's add Shipday to the Motorbike shipping method.

2. Add Shipday Service

• Select the shipping method you created in step 1 and go to the Service tab.
• Click the Add Service button and choose "Shipday" from the list.
• The new service will now appear in the list.

3. Configure Shipday

• Click on the Shipday service you added in step 2 and go to the Setting tab.
• Enter the Token (you can get it from your Shipday account) and save the changes.

Using Shipday In Order Processing Page

Once you've added Shipday as a shipping service, you'll see it as an option on the order page.

• Click ADD TO SHIPDAY to send the order details, including sender and receiver information, to your Shipday account.
• Complete the remaining order processing steps in Shipday.

Setting Up Shipping Services for Vendors (Marketplace)

To enable shipping services for vendors, follow these steps:

1. Enable Shipping for Vendors

• Navigate to Marketplace > Settings.
• Select the Has Shipping option and click save.

This will show additional information about which shipping methods are available for vendors.

2. Make Shipping Method Available for Vendors

• Go to Dashboard > Logistic > Shipping.
• Select the shipping method and go to its settings to make it available for vendors.

3. Set Vendor Warehouse Address (Origin)

• As the marketplace owner, set the vendor's warehouse address by navigating to Dashboard > Marketplace > Vendors.
• Select a vendor and go to the Shipping tab to enter the address.

4. Set Up Shipping for Vendor

Each vendor can have their shipping method:

• Vendors can add their shipping methods in their panel.
• Alternatively, the marketplace owner can add it by navigating to Marketplace > Vendors, selecting the vendor, and adding the shipping method in their panel.

Adding Shipday for Vendors

• Click the Add Service button and select the shipping method (e.g., "UPS").
• Choose Shipday, which will be added to the list.
• Enter the API key for Shipday by clicking on it and navigating to the Setting tab.

Click the ADD SERVICE button and choose the desired shipping method.

Now select the shipping method (we used a custom name "UPS," but you can choose any name you prefer).

Next, select Shipday. It will be added to the list. Now, you need to enter the API key for Shipday. Click on Shipday and navigate to the Setting tab to enter the API key.

This setup allows you to control the shipping services of your vendors, and each vendor can manage their shipping methods independently.

This completes the integration of Shipday into your e-commerce platform. Now you and your vendors can manage shipping efficiently using Shipday's services.
