How to Transfer LTD Stores to the Partner Panel

If you're an official Selldone Partner—whether an agency or a freelancer—you can seamlessly transfer LTD (Lifetime Deal) stores you've created to your Partner Portal for centralized management and commission tracking.

This guide walks you step-by-step through the process.

✅ Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure your Partner Portal is activated. If you don’t see your agency name in the Selldone dashboard menu (top-right), you must first contact the Selldone team and request activation of your Agency Panel.

🔓 Step 1: Log Into Your Selldone Dashboard

1. Head over to selldone.com and log in.
   

2. From the top sidebar, navigate to the “Deals” tab.

🛍️ Step 2: Locate the LTD Deal

1. You will see a list of all your LTD deals.
   

2. For the deal you want to transfer, locate the three-dot menu next to the blue “Create Store” button.
   

3. Click it and select “Change Agency”.
   

📋 Step 3: Copy Transfer Details

A new window will open showing:

• Deal UUID
  

• Transfer Code
  

📌 Copy both of these values — you’ll need them in the next steps.

🧭 Step 4: Navigate to Your Partner Portal

1. Return to the main Selldone dashboard.
   

2. At the top-right of the screen, below the Business section, click on your agency name (e.g., “Alireza”).
   

3. This will redirect you to your Partner Portal (URL like selldone.com/portal/78).

👥 Step 5: Open the Client Transfer Menu

1. In the Partner Portal, click on “Clients” from the left menu.
   

2. On the Clients page, locate the three-dot menu next to the “Add Manually” button.
   

3. Click it and choose “Transfer Deal”.

📦 Step 6: Paste the Deal Information

1. In the transfer form, paste the Deal UUID and Transfer Code you copied earlier.
   

2. From the options provided, select:
   ✔️ “It’s a Lifetime Deal (LTD)”
   

3. Click “Transfer Client”.

🎉 Done! Deal Transferred Successfully

You’ll now see the transferred LTD deal listed under your Clients tab in the Partner Portal, complete with its store information. In this example, as you see, an LTD deal with 20X stores was transferred to the Partner Portal.
