You may request a full refund for up to 24 hours after successful payment, provided our team has not started the work. Once work begins, staff time and external costs are committed and the order is non-refundable.

Scope and external costs

Know what is separate.

The package price is a one-time, tax-inclusive setup fee. No additional tax is calculated at checkout. Selldone subscription fees, domain registration or renewal, paid apps and services, and other third-party or provider fees are not included. Payment-provider setup covers technical connection only; account approval, eligibility, and required documents remain the customer's responsibility.

Customers supply organized product information, pricing, usable images, and requested topics unless a package explicitly lists content creation. More than 100 products, more than 10 blog posts, migration, custom design, or additional functionality requires a tailored project.
